Spirituality, Sufism & Starbucks: The Energetic Weight of Words

Spirituality, Sufism & Starbucks: The Energetic Weight of Words -

Whether spoken out loud or silently, words transform into vibrations that can be used to direct energy. Every person, animal, plant, rock and/or every physical thing, sends out energy. Everything acts like a transmitter.

All energy has conscious intent. Thoughts, words, and emotion are an expression of energy.  Words can evoke emotions and these emotions magnify the energy of the thought or word either positively — or what I call, high vibrational plane (or negatively: a low vibrational plane). Words are energy and energy affects matter.

The most powerful thing in the Universe is energy. If you learn how to control and direct this energy, subsequently, you can understand how to make conscious decisions to live in healthier vibrations for your highest good.  Further, we can change our thought patterns, clear our restrictive belief patterns, regain our health, and shift our energy into the Divine’s alignment.

The art of spoken word, found in scripture, is often practiced along with certain words and sacred geometries. The types of words that are used in rituals (i.e. prayer) are the words that produce powerful sound tones when spoken out loud. These tones have powerful vibrational patterns, which are used to direct energy and harness its ordained power. For example, simply reciting the Arabic word for God (Allah) carries significant efficacy. Have you noticed when you recite His name, your heart instantly becomes at ease? That’s because you are literally connecting to His source through His word.

The most powerful thing in the Universe is energy.

Prayers are profound in their effects for your soul’s progression spiritually and to awaken higher levels of consciousness. Fun fact: the first surah (Al-Fatiha) is known for it’s healing ability. However, additionally, the seven verses correlate with the seven-chakra points. Therefore, with each ayah recitation, you are opening up and aligning your entire system to God.

“Speak only when your words are more beautiful than silence.” – Imam Ali

The spiritualist in me is an advocate for accountability. Think about the thoughts and words that you have and the emotions that are tied to each of them. We create a karmic link with everyone we come into contact with. Since each thought radiates energy, we can conclude that when you think of someone whom you have been in contact with, they can feel it. Every word you have ever spoken shapes this reality. Everything you have ever done affects it. The rate of speed, the vibration, the wavelength, and the frequency shifts and will change constantly with your thoughts and your words.

Be mindful of what you say to others, because the weight of the word is velocity. You have the power to implicate an emotion on another. Whether insult transcends to hurt or inspiration produces happiness, you are responsible for what you convey.

Words have greater power when repeated. Every letter is significant, all the way down to the composition of the vowel. Once you experience how words from scripture — along with sound — can be used to direct energy to produce metaphysical effect, you will experience the authentic miracle(s) of the Quran.
